At this time, Slim Chillers Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations, Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
All merchandise is shipped UPS.
Please allow 48 – 72 hours for order processing done Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm MST. Online orders placed Saturday or Sunday are subject to a longer order processing time.
Return Policy On Apparel Only

Return items accepted on apparel only. Unworn product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, freight prepared. Refused shipments and returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
